For the past couple of years I keep hearing people talk about the sex offenders register. As I understand it, this is a club for people who like to indulge in more 'unusual' practises, wghich sounds like my kind of gig. Does anybody know how I join? I looked down the post office for an application form, but couldnt see one anywhere
