there's a flag thats blue and green and black and red with a yellow triangle/arrow type thing - i think.  can anyone tell me a) what this country is and b) what the explanation of all the colours and stuff is.  someone told me once, but i cant remember.  i also think it may have been a joke.  i apologise for the vagueness.

Sounds like South Africa but don't know the reason for the colours.

South Africa has a black triangle - admittedly with a yellow edge.  I found this website, www.flags.net, which may prove useful.

don't know one quite like that; South Africa and Mozambique seem the nearest.
