Ordered an item and ended up with a weeks free trial of Amazon Prime. Done a search “ How to Cancel “ followed the advise. Have found the cancellation page clicked on cancel but haven’t had confirmation of cancellation. There’s a clock still showing, that shows me how long of my free trail I still have left. Any ideas how to cancel.

youll get it to the end of the free trial
Yes, I fell for that one once. You can't stop the free trial but you have recorded your wish to cancel; the net result is you can take advantage of it for a month (US Open Tennis is on TV, if you're interested, or watch some films) and then it will just stop.

Maybe should have worded it better. There’s a clock still showing, that shows me how long of my free trail I still have left. So my free trail hasn’t been canceled. Will they automatically charge me for a membership when the free trail is over.

No. You've cancelled, so no subscription will be taken but the free trial will continue for the rest of the month. Take full advantage of it.
and again!
Even if you cancel immediately you still have the free month. Go into your account and check under the 'subscription' tab. It should say 'canceled'. You don't get an email confirming the cancellation.
I got an email confirming I would not be renewing after trial ran out.
You should have got an email. I would double check you have cancelled.
I like Amazon Prime. I have no problems with all the free delivery and other perks.
I LOVE Amazon Prime. Watching the tennis that Sky doesn’t do now and free next day delivery on just about everything. All for £80 a year. Perfect.
