Yes I am referring to myself. Closed our caravan up yesterday and topped up my petrol tank at Morrisons Skegness. I paid by debit card and didn't notice the cost when entering pin. 80 miles on when I took the receipt out of my pocket I noticed I was charged £57 instead of £37. I used tank number 6 and I noticed the guy at number 5 was paying at the machine, yet I was charged for £20 of diesel from number 5. How this could possibly happen I don't know . I guess Morrison's were paid twice or I paid for the guys fuel .I will be more careful in future. Doh.

Exactly Tilly, and I am usually very careful. A costly lesson learned.

Actually, I will admit to hardly ever 'checking the amount' Usually because I haven't got my glasses on and can barely see the keypad to enter the pin.

Ring them up - get them to check the CCTV & demand a refund.

They can do (and will) do it if you push hard enough.

do as dave says, don't take that, they've made the mistake and should be refunding you
