Oh Dear minty.....I'm a bit cavalier when it comes to gardening as well. You must be careful with open cuts etc.... If you feel hungry ask them for something to eat, some toast maybe.... Keep us posted xxxx

anyway the standard course is that they stop the antiobiotics, transfer to oral, make sure you can eat and walk and fischarge - another life saved !
