My online grocery order has been cancelled, even though I was told "its on its way" several times. They really put the boot in when they told me. "my order had been cancelled", after 2 days of waiting.

Anyone else had this kind of trouble?

I ordered a food and drink hamper from Fortnum & Mason for my sister for Christmas. I asked for delivery on 22nd. It's still stuck in London. 
I'm quite annoyed.

Sainsburys then.  That's terrible!!  And for your Christmas shopping that's even worse!  I've never shopped on line but if I did I'd expect it to arrive.

Apparently a lot of online deliveries are under threat as effervescent turned up for shifts.  My Morrison's driver  said they will work extra hours up to the legal limit  to get stuff out but slot times might not be met.

I've been phoning them till I'm blue in the face. Luckily I had the foresight a few weeks back to stock up on some emergency rations, tinned stuff etc, basic but it should see me through

It happened to me Chip, a long time ago now.  It was Waitrose in my case and on Christmas Eve.  Sorry but I can't remember why it was cancelled but I've never forgotten it.
