Rather than just a category search, I'd like to see a facility that trawls through all questions and answers when a keyword is entered.

Did you read my post properly? On the Home Page is a category search, which I referred to in my original posting. If I type, for example, the word "cheese" into the search box, it produces no results. I'm sure there must be many posts on this site which contain that word.

Did you read pinus's answer properly? On the home page is the "Search the Site" thingy, instead of the "Category Search" thingy which appears in the individual category pages. It already does search through everything.

Hi splik, just been to the home page and entered 'cheese' in the site search. It found lots of possibities. I've noticed several people saying they can't find things or find parts of the site. Sopmeone has even asked in the suggestions category what has happened to the ADVERTS category. I think some peoples computers have problems with certain features, don't know why? Maybe using a different browser.
