morning, Saturday and the weekend starts here. I hope that you are all in good health and that your day is a pleasant one. Do you have anything planned for today?

I am meeting a friend for coffee at 10.am then i might, dependent on the weather, walk up to the local church, where they have opened up today as a mark of respect for Her Majesty the Queen, with hopefully a book of condolence to sign.

today's forecast for the capital is a low of 21c and mostly cloudy, as long as it doesn't rain i don't mind that.

some joker has just rung my intercom, deliveroo he said, who gets food at 5am, i have shut it off, for ferks sake.

So you didn't order scrambled eggs with bacon cheese and tomato on sourdough toast?
It may have been someone else's order you could have enjoyed.

it was a shock when the buzzer went off, i normally put the privacy button on before going to bed, must have forgot this time.

I sometimes forget to have a wee before bedtime.
Don't I regret that later,,

i usually have to get up in the night to go to the loo. Product of ageing i suspect.

alas I kind of took a step back and had to get more, and different, antibiotics.. so touch wood...

me too... i am getting hungry, think i will have something to eat in a while. just bread and jam, but that will take the edge off.
