...I have a few.....birds of course....the sound of Joan Baez's voice....water trickling in a stream......silence.....Hi, Mum ...on the phone.....

Now I am sitting in the black arbour, surrounded by flickering candles, listening to the sound of Mr Two Door's Away cleaning out his cement mixer after weeks of laying a new drive and patio.....

A cement mixer being cleaned is a lovely sound....☺

For me, a dash of Saint-Saens, Lundgren's Mysterium or the sound of fart frogs in Thailand.

Any of my family laughing.

The late trains on the West Coast Main Line through my bedroom window - we live about half a mile away as the crow flies.
