I was wondering if I could have a volunteer or two -- anyone good at breaking codes?

Only simple ones. I could never understand those Geocaching puzzles
Fire away. I'm sure someone will be able to help.

Well I'm wanting to keep cards close to my chest so if Bibblebub or anyone else does want to have a go then message me at [email protected] and I'll send you the coded message and an explanation.
lol You come on a public forum and expect any volunteers to contact you in secret???
This sounds like the opening lines of a Dan Brown thriller ...
Ha ha! Doesn't it just! Or like one of those scams that offers the lucky candidate a fortune if only he clicks on the link. :o)
I've mailed you Jim

Well it is a code after all, of course it's secret!

Jim, if it is code and thus 'secret' why not just post it on AB, or is it not a very secure code?
Question Author
In the long run I am hoping to use the code in a puzzle that I have yet to write. Releasing the code in an accessible place before that puzzle gets published (if it does) is something I don't really want to do.

Because it's in a puzzle, though, that means that this code needs to be solvable -- and that's what I'm hoping to test here.
Thanks jim, :-)
i had a code recently and the blocked nose lasted a week

The long sobs of the violins of autumn wound my heart with a monotonous languor.
