Please could you tell me how you can find questions/answers asked by all for a specific crossword without going through all the pages. e.g. Sunday Telegraph cryptic for 12th December, 2010.

If people have mentioned the name of the puzzle in their question, you could use the search bar above.

Put the crossword title in the search box at the top.
try searching clues as well as people don't always put the name of the crossword.

If you type the clue into the search box it should bring up ll the answers to that clue. Or type the name of the crossword ie - Sat Tel GK - Only problem with the second option is that not every one will give the name of the puzzle so you won't get them all.
