Could be Canary Wharf tower or what they call 1 Canada Square
wiki:
belmont mast = 385.6m tall (structure)
1 cananda square = 235.1m tall (building)
Belmont mast isn't free standing. Tallest free standing structure is Emley Moor tower at 330.5m. It does have rooms at the top, so I would count it as a building, but its up to you if you want to pick this or Canary Wharf andycapp.
