coffee on the go which will keep me awake for a while. Have some shopping to do later on this morning, so will pop out to Primark and see if they have what i am after.

Still waiting for summer to arrive here, it's a tad slow coming this year.
Cool starts to the day, warmish afternoons, cool evenings.

will rug up well as you say. we are getting cold mornings, icy for some regions, and cold day and nights now. I don't mind it so much its when it's damp and cold that i find it difficult to go out.

Full gourmet tonight.
Chicken with pistachio, feta, and baby English spinach sausage rolls. Served with roast potato, Queensland blue pumpkin and sweet potato.
Microwaved peas and corn with lashings of gravy.

In a nut shell, 2 sausages, de-skinned and wrapped in a frozen pastry sheet.
Stuck in the oven with root stock.
