I saw a similar clip on FB, but at the end of the chase the guy did a runner.

"Stop or I'll release the dog" was shouted. The guy actually had a girly scream and was crying like a baby when the dog introduced himself the the criminal.

Sentence far too light, though. Admitted dangerous driving, driving without insurance or license, failed to stop for police.
