Morning emmie. We went to The Ship at Oldbury. We were going to the Tudor Arms, but she turned the wrong way, as you do, so we carried on to The Ship.

I'm good, always nice to wake up and nothing really hurts.... I breathed on the mirror to check if I had died in the night. But no. Alive and pain free for the first time in ages. You wait I will trip over or pull something now I have said that.

Morning all - some cloud down here at the moment but nothing heavy. Up to Truro for a haircut - having got my appointment wrong on Saturday...duh. Coffee with a friend and some possible work opportunities to explore inc a pitch for a drawing for stationery.
