Sorry mally, it starts with Jamaica, (7,4) any ideas very welcome.

Just as a reminder it didn't have to be a full bird name but rather the name of a bird, including fictional within the answer? Was that it, can't quite remember?

iffy there's a cliff in Jamaica called ...carrion cliff so could the answer be ..,.carrion crow ?

I suggested that a while ago but was told it was wrong. Bluemooners seems to know the answer but is keeping it to himself. If we at least knew which of the two words was the bird name it might help

Don't know if it is right, but if so there could be a setters error. I found Jamaica Hummingbird - 11 rather than 7,4

I quite liked your reasoning Dave, but if the answer is as simple as Humming Bird, I could get a bit testy !! I think that’s irrelevant now as we’ve past the 31st, I just wish someone would put me out of my misery!!

Sadly there are lots of Jamaica species, I have tried, can't make any of them fit so I am looking for birds that come an an answer that just starts with the letters JAM, I will try again later
