Tuesday. It's just taken me an hour to get this far. I've no idea why.

Cloudy again this morning, Difficult to say if it will rain or shine. I've given up waiting for the sun.

Just a text from the chemist to tell me a prescription is ready for collection. today, Apart from that nowt. But that gas a habit of changing at short notice.

Morning TL. Yes it always is! The chemist make up my regular prescription every four weeks automatically and text me when it's ready for collection. A good system!

Morning Boaty Had power cut last night, hole village was out for 45mins, was just getting some shopping and had proffered my money then all went black. Jens doctors appointment letter is just for meds review. More annoying is that Job Centre want 9 years of bank statements from me to support Jens ESA claim.
So of to town to get a reem of paper.

As soon as I get a bank statement the previous one goes through the shredder!

Yes thats what they are asking for, lucky I have online banking so will not be a problem, just the paper and ink from when I cashed in my company pension.

That seems a bit excessive to me. But one assumes they know what they're doing. yeah. right!

yes you would think DWP know what they are doing?

That's what they would have us believe.

Was funny with no electricity last night for 50 minutes whole village was so quite. Some JCB driver dug up main cable supply to village.

I will just comply with DWP's wishes and hand deliver said for documents.

These things happen. Can't blame the digger driver if nobody told him it was there.

That's all you can do Tony, you could ask why they want do many.

No blame on digger driver, but they should have scanned for cables before they started digging.

I agree. common sense, but that can be a rare commodity!
