line fatality fits the clue- i was trying to think of something with Line in- but I can't see the money connection

Could be something to do with line- but then the suicide victim stuff is superfluous.
I wondered if it was to do with trackers (stock market trackers) but clue suggests a singular, and i can't see any such think as a dead tracker (thought it might be a sort of passive tracker)

A woman passenger who committed suicide in a train toilet by setting herself on fire was named today as Rachel James.

Anne Farthing, 49, who saw the fire from her flat, said: 'I looked out of the window and saw thick smoke that was like a fog.

Of the fatalities on the railway in 2016/17:
-Six occurred on a level crossing
-28 involved people trespassing on the railway
-237 were suicide or suspected suicide

So it seems there are around 200 a year. I doubt the setter would pick on this one (did he/she check all names?).

The one in the news story was from 2011 so presumably there have been around 1000 railway suicides since then. I really can' see the setter picking this one- and confuisng the vctim with the witness
