How To Bring Neighbours Running.... :-(

You will have to use your imagination to see the picture.....

I was digging up a huge grass plant...round and round with the spade then testing to see if it's free yet......
I was standing astride the slightly angled spade......lifted the plant and it came free......the spade was now lying flat...my feet still astride the shaft....

I dropped the plant with force to knock off soil but I couldn't see that it was going to land on the blade of the spade....heavily......

The spade flipped upright ....faster than any spade has ever travelled and the handle whacked me on the bottom.......lord did it sting.....

But, having no idea what had hit me......friend, foe or intruder.....I screamed......

Then had to explain to my both sides neighbours that my spade slapped my bum......

They smiled and nodded in that puzzled...shall we just back off.....way..... :-)

It's in....and now I have to dig up all it's babies......must be about fifty setting around the garden......
It seemed a lovely plant when I bought it.....

Was a bit achy after yesterday's gardening, Patsy.....but at least I could sit down in comfort....

I was lucky, Tilly.....closest similar mishap was dropping a bag of cement onto a sack barrow which wasn't quite on the ground......the handle and my nose met each other..... :-)

Bums...my camera is having a turn.....can see what's happening now but not in the past...will have to offer a techy man a glass of wine to sort it.. :-(
Had a bit of garden under a little tree and two bushes and it was scrubby looking.....found a big old grey bucket......sprayed it black inside..half buried it.....filled with rocks.....a white cockerel in front and three Fly Agaric mushrooms....metal...to the side....looks really good......
Wine now in the dark corner lit with solar lights.....bliss.....xxx
