My memory isn't getting any better. What was the name of that chap in Canada, that used to be a regular here on AB ? He was born here I think, but emigrated when he was a child ?

I see he is still inactive...a great pity, as I used to enjoy our little chats !

I remember asking him one winter, how on earth he put the bins out, with the temperatures being so bloody low where he lived, and he came straight back with .....Mrs Stuey !
Stuey was from Newcastle Under Lyme ( Stoke) raised in Clayton. We often used to exchange childhood memories of the area. I do that he ok.
He came from Newcastle Under Lyme. I miss him too.
I miss him - he was childish and interesting and never got into a brawl.

Hi Togo. You alright duck?
There seemed to be no reason why he should have left AB, unless he had met with misfortune and someone closed his account.
Tills, Champion mah mayte.
Yes Stuey was a great AB member.
Last time I looked Jackdaw he was still active. Some time ago I also took the liberty of looking through the final threads that he posted or was involved in and could find no conflict. He just stopped posting but was looking in. As I said, I do hope that he is well and happy.
I suppose we could send someone to look for him....but it's a big country... I nominate Melv.........☺
I'm going to Canada next year, anyone got Stuey's address?
Melv would go to Alaska by mistake, Gness.
