Well lately I have been eating like somebody possessed. I had lost weight and it is back on. I need to get on the right track as I have another dreaded wedding in September.

I can feel the weight - I feel it in my fingers and feel it in my toes - I am going to end up like my colleague in CU and be pushing myself up and down on the wheelie chairs.

I have already bought my outfit for the wedding and I do not want to go out and buy any more clothes. Jeepers I could open a charity shop here. JJCon

My sympathy. But admitting you have had an issue is a good start. Now you have to turn things around. Stock up with lots of low energy foods you can eat without taking in too many calories. Drink lots too, water is low cal, pleasant if chilled, and can temporarily fill you.

Thanks OG - I do really need to take stock of myself.
Don't keep anything like crisps, cake or biscuits in the house, limit yourself to two pieces of bread a day. Drink water or clear drinks only. East lots of fruit and veg.

Fruit and veg - this is where my downfall is. Don't eat them much - and too fond of bread. When I lose weight I sorta do without which works for me.

I suffer from very bad vertigo but these past 4 weeks I have been feeling a lot better. I would love to get back to the gym and just use some of the equipment but am afraid re the vertigo - would it be safe. Thanks for any advice. JjCon
