Lamb chops and some fresh new potatoes and peas, (I've been podding peas for the past 30mins). OH's friend has an allotment and brought bags full of potatoes peas beetroot and butter beans ugh!

A salad with hot smoked salmon and a lemony, herb dressing.

I'm hoping that I will find something in the fridge that will pass as a salad ingredient because I really can't be bothered hitting the shops!

You can have my butter beans alba. I can't bring myself to do anything with them, indeed if I knew what to do with them. Do you pod the bean and then skin the bean? Don't like them much anyway.
