Good evening everyone, Her Ladyship is somewhat delayed, so welcome to all.

Please leave all wellies, snowsuits, skis etc in the vestibule, hopefully someone will be along to hide them very soon.
All fires are stoked and roaring away, we have warming chilli beef broth with crusty rolls and Jacket potatoes with a wide variety of toppings, should warm us through.

This week's guest tailcock is the old familiar but very lovely Snowflake#

For the Rofl:

3 Icicles (there were more?)
Half packet of green lentils
2 pot thimbles
Jar of Bloater paste (BBE 1987)

So settle in and get warm.

Oh I like a bit of Wainwright I do,
Evening to you all. Slightly parky out ther but not as bad as yesterday and the day before. My strawberry plants arrived today by post. Luckily the postman did not need his skis.

For the ruffle I have half a tube of arnica tablets (You must be careful if you take a tunble in this icy spell). Two purple ink cartridges (You may have to express your sorrow if someone has a tumble). A packet of 2 year old wild flower seeds. (People who have tumbled expect flowers.)

Good evening miss Daisy - I see that Matron has provided your Snowflake# - perhaps I might be allowed to hide your coat for you?
What a lovely idea! And something warming.
Certainly miss - I have taken the liberty of bringing you a bowl of Matron's steaming broth...

Nice to be in the warm. In for a brief snifter only this evening, a duty to monitior ice in the rigging this brass monkeys' night.

For the rofl I have

tin of Quality Street, Christmas leftover, proper tin, mostly wrappers. Still, root about.

Good evening, miss humbersloop - I'm sorry to say that we have no snifters after an incident involving a fruit bat & a copy of "Jolly Roger Monthly".
