Does anyone know the name of the music played during the last episode of 'The Apprentice' while they were trying to sell tickets? Is it a classical piece as it is very familiar?

The piano piece featured in the programme was that constant favourite of background-music-selectors, "Perpetuum Mobile" by Penguin Cafe Orchestra. Is that the one you mean?
The piece with shimmery strings playing descending patterns, with a bit of techno-ish backing, which recurred throughout that episode, is "Business (part1)" from the soundtrack of Plunkett & Maclean.

Hi

No we don't but if you find out please let us know.

If it is the one we are thinking of it is also the wake up tune used by brittany ferries
