I doubt many will have investigated Axi as much as you, so you are best placed to know what to answer.

This will come across as blunt but can anyine help you when they've no idea what role it is?

They would be telling you what their flexi working rules are

The challenges you'll face are directly related to what you're doing/role. Anyone who tries to help you would need to know that first.

Financial services rules

What does success look like in the role? Depends what the role is.

Think about what you expect to have achieved in the first 6 months.

We have no idea what challenges you face. Could it be to do with leading a team or learning about new technology?

etc

I don't mean to be blunt either but if you think you are suitable for the role then you should be able to answer those qns yourself

What does success look like in this role in 6 months?

I will be promoted on a bigger salary.

What are some unique challenges I may face?

Finding the coffee machine.

What does flexible working look like at Axi?

Just look like you're working when the boss is around.

How could we make this work for my situation?

By the management being lenient/absent.

What are the main systems Z uses?

Who knows - does anyone?

Hope you get the job!

I will be blunt.

It is ridiculous expecting anybody on here to provide reasoned answers to your questions. As above, you know the role you are applying for; presumably you have researched your prospective employer's business a little; presumably you have the job description and so know what will be required of a successful applicant.

Nobody on here knows any of that and nor are they likely to.

i am surprised they give you the nterview questions in advance ... most unusual!

"What are the main systems Z uses?" - well if that is what I think it is then the question is back to front, they should be asking "What applications run on a z-series?" - if this is what I think it is then they are referring to IBM Z series mainframes. They run z/OS, used for huge data processing applications, bulk movement of data and arithmetic by banks, local authorities, utilities etc.

If you can't answer the questions don't go for the job.  It's not up to us to answer them for you.  I can't even understand them.  If someone gave me these questions to answer I would get a job elsewhere.
