morning, Friday and the end of the working week for some of you. I hope that you are all in good health and that your day is a pleasant one. Do you have anything planned for today?
Todays forecast for the capital is 24c partly sunny, which could mean rain is on the way.

not sure, though the pest control guy put down baits and poison so hopefully that will see the last of them.......

Fingers crossed.
Not keen on baits and poisons myself, because the little rodents crawl into a hiding place and die there.
Could possibly turn your flat into a mouse crypt.

i know but what could i do? the pest control guy said they will go out side to die... i must confess i find the whole thing horrible.

Although a tad less rain would be nice.
Me, a drought dweller, complaining about excess rain?

fairly happy, i have the decorator coming around on monday to paint the hallway, its pretty costly but needs doing. Its the last one i shall do as the flat looks fine as it is.

I'd prefer to die outdoors, less mess to clean up ;-)

we have had some torrential downpours, but it hasn't lifted the humidity much.

Cold and wet here.
Apparently we are due a rather wet summer. Hopefully not humid.
Dry heat I can cope with.

me too, dry heat is fine, i find the nights difficult to sleep being so warm, and its no good opening windows, it just attracts more vermin and noise.

Noise isn't an issue where I live, apart from my snoring.
Sometimes I wake myself up;-/

it is here, though by 5am the detritus have gone to bed, finally.

Once upon a time I partied all night long.
That's a distant memory.

then the whole lot starts again around 8am, where we have building works going on outside our flats. THen the real noise of the day, cars, emergency vehicles, rev up their engines.....

But the older I get the more difficult it is.

i get by with as long as i am not in too much pain, then its ok.
