It's dark and damp here in Manchester, but I will venture out in a little while to visit an old friend.

In Dorset it's very very dark, non stop rain and windy but not a gale..

Out earlier, it was dark & drizzly with a bitterly cold wind - East Sussex.

It's rather mild down here, but very windy and lots of rain this morning. 45-50mph and will continue windy. It was pitch black still at 8am.

Not back long from local shop, Sugar dummies, jelly buttons, custard creams ...oh and I picked up a loaf whilst I remembered what I went for. Very windy with the added pleasure of sleet here in West Yorkshire.

Here in the Scottish Borders, near to Biggar, we’re in full gale mode...high winds and snow.
We’re in a holiday cottage which we have till Friday but ideally we’d like to go home today. However advice is not to travel so we won’t. Hoping that by tomorrow afternoon a slight let up in the weather will allow us a quick get away.
