What's Wrong With Latest Posts?

They seem to be appearing in the Latest Posts list straightaway, but there's a delay in them appearing on the thread.

Only because of the bile being written in a lot of them. Otherwise it seems okay.

No, it was happening this morning - and it's still happening tonight. Not on every post but certainly intermittently.

Mozz, with space limited to six posts, some don't appear in Latest Posts. The problem here is a delay in posts appearing in threads.
