Thank you.
Your earning your money today Spath, the owners of AB must be very pleased with you.

Not the thread for your conspiracy theories, RR. Please respect the Grenfell anniversary.
OK not just my theory though is it several other well respected members of AB have mentioned it too recently.
Also if you wanted a proper conversation you should have put this in the relevant category - chatterbank is where you can put meaningless chat!

I couldn't give a ***, RR.

I think this category is fine.

It's a shame how little respect you have for this thread.
Blah blah blah
Actually lets be honest here - its how little respect I have for you.

Very mature.

Have a nice day RockRose.
Oh I will thank you.

Chelsea and Ken had a history of doing nothing which they have not dispelled. They are the ones spending tax payers moolah on the vexed question that they looked terrible so shold they spend money on PR to make them look better?

Very well said PP it is awful the lack of action that has been taken. Yes people say "well they were put up in housing in the most expensive parts of London" like that's something to be happy bout? Ah yes, temp accommodation, but at least i'm not paying the rent for it!

Peoples lives were put on hold.. But that's nothing. Over 70 lives were taken.

Truly awful.
Chel and Ken are the ones who rolled down the shutters on the council offices Friday
and the burnt out and homeless asked - but where shall we sleep this week end?

and the councillors said - dunno - nuffin to do wiv us ! - street I suppose - byeee !

when the govt sortta rang up and said really you have to do something....
chel and ken said - No! YOU do!
Question Author
It's awful isn't it.. I mean, as i understand it the individual councils / districts should have been responsible, but with serious emergency funding and support from the gov.

If they didn't cheap out with that damn cladding in the first place.. People just shift blame and responsibility. Pathetic.
Chel and ken had hived off their expensive and substandard housing stock to a charitiable trust perhaps for as much as £1
and seriously tried to wash its hands ( well OK not get them dirty again, judases all of them, baby-killers ! herods ! ), of the whole thing

I think it has been unwound ( transaction ruled null)
Question Author
They won't be able to wash their hands. The British public are more than aware of the ratlike behaviour.
Question Author
Two years on and the same plastic cladding responsible is still wrapping around other buildings.. Those buildings STILL don't have a sprinkler system.

All things that, I suspect, you and your fellow travellers support, spath.
No surprise you're all desperate to pass the buck.
