My Usual Saturday

i normally get the daily record and daily star and i sit all day saturday doing my crosswords,i enjoy that,alas,i dont have anyone to go for my papers,my neighbours are away and my son is in the west end,do you think he would be happy if i phoned him to come over to the southside to bring me the papers,or should i just find something else to do and forget my papers

Slinky...I live in a small friendly town. In your situation I would phone the shop, chat them up and ask if there was any way they could get some papers to me. Is that possible for you at all? Gx
