Reported in August: Abu Qatada is in prison ahead of a court hearing in October which will decide whether he can be deported to Jordan to face terror charges.

Theresa May, tell us, will he go or won't he? And will Abu Hamza follow him out of the country they both hate!

I thought that Abu Qatada was a silly name until I read this morning's news that the new prime minister of Lybia is called Mustafa Shagur.
His lawyers will sorry to see him go....they have been making £mns
Don't we have to wait for the October court hearing?
don't hold your breath.
Hardly likely ! Nick Clegg will see to that even if Dave had the guts.
which will decide whether he can be deported to Jordan to face terror charges.

"... many would consider deportation to an islamic country where he he may face execution by the sword as justice. To deport him to Katie Price constitutes cruel and unusual punishment, as it is classically defined.

I think Qatada will be deported. But 'Hook' Hamza has four sons and they are all currently in prison in UK. His Human Rights will keep him here.
I didn't know Theresa May was on here - under what pseudonym and avatar?

LOL...I know how he feels.

LOL @ sqad. no comment.
perhaps Theresa May comes on AB to find out what happens in the big wide world, cause she doesn't seem to know in Parliament.

I know, but cannot tell. What I can tell you is that she does not fluctuate between tab-smoking child and a greedy lollipop sucker, neither does she flaunt Marigolds and the cattle prod, nor yet does she eat cakes. Can you guess who it is yet, boys and girls?

Sorry, Queen, not being nasty to you. XX

Read my lips, em. I could end up with two years hard labour with the Whitby sand because of a careless silly remark like that, and my doctor tells me that I'm no longer young enough to withstand the pain, no matter how much I enjoy it.
