Someone was in my yard picking up on my windows and when I comfroted him we got into a fight and he got injured on process. Then he went to the police and open a case and I was charged with assault GBH. I did not know who the person was until he came with the police.

I think Jimmy is the person asking the question and the title of the question is meant to be 'assault'
