Lemsip with a table spoon of honey and a rather large dash of whiskey.

Or skip the Lemsip like CD suggested and drink copious amounts of whiskey. You might still have the sore throat, but eventually you won't care.

I have a very sore head....ginger gave me a piggy back yesterday and dropped me....I hit my head on the path and knocked myself out. Lol...I'm babysitting my friends daughter and when I was lying on the floor she was stamping on my foot saying 'stop faking it'

Honey and lemon are supposed to be the best natural remedies for a sore throat . I remember my mother who was not a lover of doctors always advising to go to a doc if the throat continues so maybe if it's really bad you should think about that zzxxee

It was yesterday afternoon messing in the park...I'm Ok now. Just have a headache. Ginge looked after me for the rest of the day..
