The doctor's surgery was full when this loud-mouthed woman came in and sat down.

She looks around and says "Hello Mrs Smith. I know why you called your daughter Penny cos you're always thinking about money".

She look round again and says "Hello Mrs Jones. I know why why you called your daughter Daisy cos you're always thinking about flowers".

Just then this woman and her daughter stood up and walked out. She says "Come on Fanny, we haven't come here to be insulted".
