Do you feel the need for a rigid schedule? What would make a schedule 'good'?

It's your life and you do what suits you.  Sounds very regimented  ..  I would hate that.

What is missing is:  have fun, or do something you enjoy or  makes you happy......

The way a scheduel would make me feel good is that it will help me feel acomplished as I tend to give into lazyness and thus lie in bed for to long on my phone and such. Being productive and made to be productive is the name of the game. I don't have willpower and thus strugle with motivation.

What would happen if you got interrupted- maybe a phone call or neighbour needed help, or if  you have to go shopping. What about time for going out socialising or to aclub/gym, what about exercise, cooking, washing clothes. Is one meal a day (breakfast enough)

To be honest I dont know how you can live to rigid schedule- what if your tired and feel like a lie -in or early night or nap, or can't sleep

I tend to try and eat my meals between 9am/12pm and 5pm/8pm depending on the day. The above schedule is just my moring and evening times of day on work days and such. I know the times might change if I go out with friends. I do have lunch and snacks as well as breakfast most days.

No sex ?

I think you are being unnecessarily hard on yourself.

I think I can understand when you say that following a rigid schedule makes you feel you are accomplishing something worthwhile, but this accomplishment seems to me to be based on very strong, and potentially harmful, self-criticism.

You deserve to be allowed to be spontaneous in your life - you don't need to be regimented all the time.  Be kind, to yourself, and to others.

What do you do on non work days?

^See 22:05...or shopping, washing, walking, relaxing, housework or gardening, socialising with family or friends, cooking...

Hopefully without a schedule

Who's interested!!??

Breakfast before workout.  A car won't run on an empty tank

9am wake up . 9.05 roll over and go back to sleep... easy.

You must be fun at parties 😄
