Not for us. We don't do dinner plans but we do a wide range of imaginative meals and lots of veg too. But if it suits you and what you like then is OK.
Don't have a plan, just cook what I feel like eating. Always have fresh veggies in and some chicken or pork etc in the freezer
I always do a meal plan as it helps me to shop properly or to use vegetables taht are in season. Our meals are slightly different to yours but if you have salad or vegetables with your meals then I'm sure they're fine.

Mine might be
Monday - Leek and Cauliflower Cheese and wedges
Tuesday - Lentil bake with new potatoes and runner beans
Wednesday - Pasta with leeks, courgettes, tomato sauce
Thursday - Roast squash with feta and nuts, roast pots and green veg
Friday - Ratatouille (Still loads of courgettes to use up from the garden) or Mexican Veggies with butter beans and rice
Saturday - Humous and egg salad with new pots
Sunday - Shepherdess Pie with runner beans
Natutrally there menu plan changes every week and with the seasons, so we're beginning to have hot meals again now where we had more salads or the odd quiche/pizzza in the summer.

Winter brings stews, mashed potatoes and swedes (yumm) all the root vegetables and dark green veg.

I might do some batch cooking this week to save using the oven so often.
I find if I plan ahead we don't fancy the planned meals, but there's always plenty of stuff to change oyr minds. I also always cook enough for two days and have curries, casseroles, and pasta saucesetc. in the freezer. And plenty of fresh veg. We rarely have takeaways and no-one delivers to where we live.
We've just been given a Food Waste Bin from the council. We don't have any food waste as we eat what we cook and compost the peelings. Have you got one too Miss T?
Living alone, I sometimes cook for 4, and freeze 3.

Handy options for days I don't feel like preparation, or am out of stocks.
you left out the Sunday roast.
If you include plenty of veg it would be OK just too many cards for me.
Not for me, where are the vegetables, apart from perhaps 'hidden' ones.
Pasta and salad - yes. The rest - No. We like fish, chicken and meat so that's what the rest of the meals usually are + veg. Seldom have dessert. Various soups in Winter
what is a shepherdess pie ?
I’m guessing maybe meat free??
Need more information
What sort of Pasta
What sort of mexican

Both pasta and mexican can be very healthy but it depends on what you are doing with it and the recipe
//what is a shepherdess pie ?//

Its a pie made by a shepherdess , silly ( rolls eyes )
Not what I would have, but if it is what you like then its good as everyone is different.

One thing I did find odd was take-out on a Thursday not Fri or Sat?
//Friday - pizza//

Only if you have pineapple on the pizza
That kind of meal plan is too structured for me. Like MissT, I'll change my mind. I might have a rough idea of things I'd like to make...I have a shopping list plus options to cook based on what I already have. Then I might change my mind completely.
My current little list of 'things I'd like to cook' still has suggestions from 2 weeks ago ;)
I'll not have pasta or pizza, but I'll have fish possibly 2x and maybe omelette or quiche. Then chicken/meat based on remaining days. Occasionally a veg curry/hash.
"Its a pie made by a shepherdess , silly ( rolls eyes )"
everyone knows it a pie made from shepherdesses actually. Well, everyone except Baz knows!
just spit out the woolly bits.
