Jack 20 minutes away.
It’s been a stressful time trying to find somewhere only for the landlord to change their minds.
So starting the big clear out and downsizing, getting rid of loads of stuff to the auction house and the dump!

We did bednobs, 5 beds 4 reception rooms plus 2 pantries, downsizing to 3 beds kitchen/ diner, lounge and conservatory

and they WERE cozy....

she went mad and i went oh well not for the first time and certainly not for the last
