Good Morning Early Birds!
44 Answers
Saturday. The wind has abated somewhat, but is still making it's presence known, still drizzling but nothing like the rain of yesterday. So I will go to the Farmer's Market in Stroud this morning. After that I have no idea, I'm sure something will occur.
Have a happy day everyone.

My husband is threatening to buy me a big fat curry tonight but I don't think I can face it :-(
On the bright side I've booked our trip to Munich for our anniversary next year - flights and spa hotel all sorted. I'm just looking to book some trips now.
I wish I could join you in stroud today, but I need to do some overtime this weekend.

Morning my lovely xxx I'm so sorry to see that. Not a lot of fun. Your appetite will return eventually.
It would be good to see you, but you don't want to be out in this weather with a chest infection. We'll make it one day. :o}
I don't think a curry would be a good idea, a cheese and mushroom omelette would be my recommendation.
Munich is a lovely town, I've been to the Oktoberfest a couple of times. One year we forgot where we'd parked the car, we had to get the police to help us find it! :o}

A curry would be tempting, if only I could manage it.
I'm not sure about an omelette... something lactose rich such as cheese can exacerbate chest symptoms I think (?).
Some fresh air would probably do me good but at my work you've got to take the overtime when its there and Munich isn't going to pay for itself.

Easily done. When I was in married quarters in Germany, I got home from work one day, well every day, but you know what I mean. I parked the car, locked it, the house key was on the same ring, in my hand, I walked round to the front door, went to put the key in the lock, no keys! Checked my pockets, went back to the car looking around all the way, nothing. Knocked the front door, I didn't go in, the missus helped me look again, nothing. So we went in doors, my keys, that I was sure were in my hand, were laid out in a fan shape on the kitchen worktop. I swear I hadn't been into the house at all. It still felt like the keys were in my hand until I went to open the door. Still can't work it out.
Morning all,
LadyCG, have a curry, the turmeric is good for infections. But a small portion I am sure OH will clear the left overs You are right about too much dairy it can cause some people to make mucous rather than causing the usual gut problems. I have to cut back when my chest goes off.
It's still wild and windy here, the gusts are not quite as strong so I will venture out. Not sure where, all I need is a loaf, but I fancy something a bit different so I might hunt down a Polish deli and try to find some caraway rye bread.
