The U S Postal Service released a stamp with a picture of President Trump on, but the new stamp was not sticking to envelopes. The enraged President demanded a full enquiry. After weeks of testing and $1.73 million in Congressional spending the Commission presented the findings.
The stamp was fine but people were spitting on the wrong side.
