Friday. A clear sky here this morning, Welcome after yesterday's continual rain.

I didn't get to sleep until way after midnight. So a bit later this morning.

Some prepping to do for visitors both days this weekend.

Morning WBM. I hope you are well.

Another night where sleep almost completely eludes me. I got to sleep but it was all too brief and I woke with a very painful back. My back pain is very cyclical and I do believe that when I have total removal surgery, my back pain will be a thing of the past.

Not a very exciting weekend here. We go to his parents on a Friday afternoon, as he works a half-day on Fridays. He'll be helping his Dad to finish the shed roof and I'll just have a very civilised cup of tea with his mum.

Then on Sunday we are going to make a start packing ... just glassware, recipe books and kitchen equipment that we don't use very often - that sort of thing. I think there's a fair bit of "junk" in the attic that he is intending to take to the tip too.

Vera used to get a lot of back pain, I used to massage it away, sometimes I'm sure she didn't have any pain, just enjoyed the massage. :o} That was fine by me, I loved massaging her! :o}

Things are plodding along nicely downunder.
Lots of paint awaiting attention from me, hopefully a truck load of new skirting boards and door frames will arrive today, then all systems go!!
