Went to doctors last week and she has given me a tiny supply of above. I did have some of my own that I kept - but can anybody tell me - my anxiety levels are definitely down but I am very tired. Never slept in my life during the day but can do it now - happy about one thing but not happy about the other. Is anybody happy.

It might just mean you're more relaxed and able to sleep now that you aren't so anxious. It's not a bad thing- and probably temporary xx
Be careful with diazepam though, emergency only.

I will have to take the rest of them the rest of my life - as my anxiety levels will surely rise without them.
Forgive me asking but are you elderly?

Sleeping in the afternoon can refresh you.
No, they'll make you worse long-term and they are very addictive. You're thinking of antidepressants, which are very different xx

I can take antidepressants by the bucketful fromk the doctor but they wouldn't never help me sleep. I would say I have 6 months supply.

They last time i TOOK THEM i COULDN'T SPEAK NEXT MORNING - DID TRY BUT SOUNDED LIKE I WAS OUT OF IT - SORYF FOR CAPITAL LANGUAGAGES - THIS IS THE BLOODY KEYBOARD.
Lol..no, they aren't sleeping tablets. But you probably would sleep better in the long-run with them. Preferably not by the bucket -load though ;-)
jennyjoan...I take 5mg every night, + I have 5 to 6 hours of calm restful sleep. I've never had any problems with them, + I would be quite happy to take them for the rest of my life.
