I'll try and keep this brief but it's hard to explain.
For the last 2-3 I've been in agony. I've considered everything from an extreme case of trapped wind to a pinched nerve.
If I sit still I'm fine [aside from a dull ache] but when I try to stand I feel pain strong enough to make me cry out across my middle to lower back that radiates round to my lower abdomen [feels like its inside my hips].
I can not turn over in bed with out excruciating pain nor can I bend down to pick anything up off of the floor. Also sometimes if I breath in deeply it hurts on the 'back' of my hips.
I have a long standing back problem, not sure if that is anything to do with it?
I have not fallen, slipped or break-danced in the last week!
Oh and I tried to get a doctors appointment this morning but they were fully booked [unusual for them] but they said they will ring if they get a cancellation. I did say that I did feel it wasn't [hopefully] life threatening.
Exactly why I can't jno... can barely afford life as it is with out an osteopath. Thing is, I know what's wrong with my back and am being treated for it, just taking a while between appointments :0(
Hey Sqad, I'm waiting on having a central nerve block done [into L5, L4 and S1] as the caudal epidural did nothing. I'm still holding out for surgery at some point to remove the 'spur' of bone removed [it's obstructing the thecal (sp) sac]
So would you say this sounds like it's all connected and is just a matter of riding it out so to speak?
divegirl i had all the treatment for my spine as you had then got awful pain in hips bum groin for 8 years until they found i had deformed hips after two hip replacement ops (in 3 months)the pain went .hope yours goes soon
Sqad... does that come on a roll pmsl Will look into it though. I'm due a new BuTrans patch on tomorrow but think I'll be putting it on in a little while, hopefully that might knock the edge off of it.
I agree with your there actually ginge. I think I'd be too scared to do it even if I did have the money. Hopefully I should get the nerve block done with in a month... fingers crossed it offers some relief this time!
