It's too late now, wouldn't want the ed to just change the logo as an afterthought, it was the same last year, don't understand the issue with it but maybe the weekend ed hasn't got the password to change the layout
I'm starting to think the Ed's anti-English...............

I already asked.... http://www.theanswerb.../Question1011027.html - still no joy
I dinna ken about St.Andrew; although I acknowledge St. Patrick who is deemed to have been (like myself and St.David) a Welshman. However, St.George I feel is representative of all Britain and AB Editorial staff should be suspended for being chicken today; which is no yolk.:-)

I reckon the heat has melted the flagpole

I asked for a Scottish theme for St Andrew's day and got no reply to my email.

vivandorron - St George is English. I am Scottish first and British second. I will never be English. ;-)

what she said ^^^^
anne - that was the 'tame' version.
Correction - St George is (was) Syrian but is the patron saint of England

...and Brazil
Portugal
Beirut
Malta
etc.
etc.
etc.
...and Gypsies
Rah, it worked, better late than not at all - thank you Ed!
Wolf...It was just my endeavour at humour when I said " I dinna ken about St.Andrew".

I do have respect for his name because as a young lad I went regularly a few nights a week to a youth club in St.Andrew's Church,Swansea. However, time has passed and the beautiful church building has now become a Mosque. :-(

Ron.
at least it's still in use as a place of worship, ron - just round the corner from me, a lovely church is being converted into luxury flats.
