How is douching performed and is it safe?

Is it true a mild vinegar solution can be used for douching or should products specifically designed for this treatment be purchased?

hmmm think vinegar may sting a little, though add a bit of salt and pepper and the taste may be nice :)

Vinegar??? Ouch!
It's completely unnecessary, unless maybe if prescribed by the doc for certain conditions?
The internal area is basically self-cleaning, and using anything to wash will unbalance the natural pH and internal flora and might lead to infections.
vinegar? gawd no

douching can be dangerous I think, tho I dont know much about it personally

They used to sell douche bags and douche kits in the chemist. It's just that 2 weeks before my period, I smell like a feral animal and my partner's mum's dogs get very excited and try to bury their heads' between my legs.
J decides that young master Chuck deserves a right royal slapping now... hmmmmm vinegar eh ? and what exactly is wrong with low cal mayo ?

On a serious note though... douching is not a good idea - just have a bath or shower instead and let the body take care of itself.
