Hello everyon,

This is a long story but I will try to make short. Im a us citizen and My parents do not have papers. In 1990 My dad was in Prison for two years then got deported for five years. He came back in 2000. Yes, No permission. Since May last year that my parents bought a house My moms family has been jealous and started a lot of problems between my parents. Out of all of us our family which includes me, 2 brothers, 1 sister, and of course our parents are very united and very educated towards each other, none of my moms sisters or brothers have been asble to have their families stable.

November of last year is when treats and stuff started happening. February of this year my mom and I went to the store (it was like 9:30 pm) my cousin and his wife were there, they then started talking and I tried to get in the car as well as tellling my mom to get in the car. Well things went bad to the poing that he beated on me and my mom. Police did not do anything and months have passed. He then broke my moms window from her car, again they did not do anything. They have always threated them with immigration.

A Thursday morning (4:30 am) someone knocks on our door, FBI agents and ICE then pulls out my dad records and basicly takes him away. We were told it was a report and thats why this was federal.

What can I do? I have a little brother who asks for him every day and tells me why isnt my dad here he was always here at a certain time. My family is suffering so much and I dont know what to do or where to go please help me by giving me some advice.

Thank you

The only advice I can give is that you post this elsewhere. I'm not being horrible or unsympathetic, it's just that this site is predomitably for UK based stuff, and though we get US people comng here, you are really unlikely to get a reasonable answer. Do they not have in the states anything like the Citizens Advice Bureaux, where ordinary people can get free advice.
