I understand that the customer was unhappy but it seems a bit extreme ....

Shoot someone because one felt they'd been overcharged years ago. This is the sort of mindset authority creates when they give folk the idea that they can do no wrong, nothing is their responsibility, it's always some other guy's fault/responsibilityand they will pay for it.

Coming to  nation near you, sooner than you thought.

Spot on OG, it's frightening

The world is a scary place where people, guns and chips are combined.

We all know the kinds of people that Florida unfortunately has!

Yes OG. That was demonstrated in Croydon two days ago :-(

// We all know the kinds of people that Florida unfortunately has!//

Indeed if you say so sp1814. Can you inform us where the police are going wrong dealing with all the kinds of people in Croydon,Brixton,Hackney,Lambeth etc that we unfortunately have. I am sure the distraught parents of a 15 year old school girl would like to hear your solution. Not the fault of the knife culture we have to accept surely

retrocop - that poor girl...got to feel for her family, especially when certain folk use the story to make a point.

A mate of mine does the same whenever you read a story about a child murder. Always the stepdad and they ALWAYS look the same.

You know what I mean?

/You know what I mean?//

Too true. The culture  of denial. Always someone elses fault but never taking resposibility for the actions of their own murderers in their community.

retrocop

I hear ya!

Certain crimes such as drug dealing and knife crime are committed by one section of the community.

...and other such as child sex murders seem to be the province of another.

Weird world.

As an ex-police officer I'm guessing that whenever a toddler was killed - you always kinda knew what the perpetrator would look like eh?

No. Not in my time but in the present it isn't hard to guess who is ,running amok, with a machete or zombie knife and why.For what reason are you bringing toddlers into the equation. This is about so-called adult gangstas

Closing down now. Off to watch the 10'oclock news to watch the next London crime reported.

retrocop

No. This question referred to a shooting in Florida. You brought adult gangs into it fo no reason and because you haev (rightly) identified one community as overwhlemingly being involved in one type of criminal I wanted to see whether you acknowledged that another completely separate set of people are the ones who we see over and over when a child is killed (or sexually abused then later killed).

No worries if you can't.

Just wondered.
