Simply saying 'They want ...' implies that the Militants are not open to dialogue.
The more extreme of them are probably not, but there are always degrees of extremism, and the further out you go, the less people there are.
You simply have to approach the less obsessed, and start with them, and see what develops from there.

Your claim simply does not stand up, and is rooted entirely in your blind prejudice, instead of simple facts.
If, as you are convinced " ... all Muslims want to convert or kill us ...", then, given the number of Muslims there are in the world, why have they not wiped out, or converted, the majority of the world's population?
