Yes, I ought to go to bed but I'll probably not get to sleep.

I went to bed at 6.30am yesterday but I was still awake at 10.30am. I finally started to drift off, only for my darling Chequers to decide that he wasn't happy with the food he'd got (resulting in him miaowing loud enough to wake up the entire street) about 20 minutes later. So I had to get up to feed him something more to his liking and then I couldn't get to sleep again until well into the afternoon. I then slept through to 7.40pm

I'm definitely turning into an owl!

sleeping patterns are a nightmare.. I struggle with sleep too but not as much as you do.. hopefully you will get some zzzzzs later x
