I stopped at "As more and more people turn to plant-based food,".

If that is happening its odd that manufacturers are turning away from it becasue they cant sell it. Same in the Supermarkets its always that stuff left.

I love the taste of fresh peas straight from the pod. The only soya product I would entertain is fermented sauce on my Chinese meal.

More ridiculous ideas from today's society. Either eat peas, or don't. They ain't survival necessary medicine.
the soya's not for you, it's mostly produced to feed the animals you eat.
