It must be devastating for their families and the community. My thoughts and prayers are with them.
Tragic incident. Some others still in hospital too.
A heartbreaking tragedy, Tiggs. A small village where everyone will be affected. Your husband takes your little one to the shop for a treat and they never come home. Your wife and teenage son die together.

I can't imagine how folk will recover from something like this.
Utterly heartbreaking. RIP to all those lost & my thoughts to their families & friends.

I wish the very best possible recovery to those in hospital.
A terrible tragedy. Sincere condolences to those who lost family and friends.

But lighting candles seems a trifle insensitive given the circumstances. These religious rituals sometimes bewilder me.

But may the victims R I P.
Dreadful. An accident but no suggestion of what could have caused it.
So many lost Souls may they R.I.P.
Serge Gnabry, remember him hoppy? Pulis said he wasnt that good!!!
Sorry, wrong thread.
My condolencendes to the bereaved.
Do we know what caused it yet?
My condolences to all affected.
A gas leak in one of the apartments over an Applegreen Service Station in Creeslough, Co. Donegal, is likely to have been the source of the massive explosion that claimed the lives of 10 people, a fire safety expert said yesterday.

Excerpt from the Sunday World
Thanks Zebu. Just awful.
sounds like a LPG leak, as I don't think they have Nat Gas out there - and the problem with LPG is that it is heavier than air so it explodes around the lowest point, i.e those poor folk in the shop - and that loss of the year old w. her father buying a b-day cake for her mother is particularly awful.
Creeslough we used to pass through on our way to Dunfanaghy. V beautiful spot. Awful way for it to hit the headlines.
RIP .
